Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented All-Rounder Beauty Therapist to join the Blaura team.
This role is ideal for someone confident in both beauty and grooming services, with a warm guest approach and strong technical ability across hands, feet, hair finishing and eye treatments.
The therapist should deliver every service with precision, care and consistency while maintaining Blaura’s elevated guest experience.
Hair
- Professional blow-dry and styling finish
- Smooth drying, soft waves and natural styling
- Hair preparation following scalp treatments
- Maintain styling tools and workstation hygiene
Hands & Feet
- Classic manicure
- Classic pedicure
- Cuticle care
- Nail shaping and polish application
- Foot and hand massage
- Support with luxury hand and foot rituals
Brows & Lashes
- Brow consultation and facial assessment
- Brow mapping
- Brow shaping using threading and tweezing
- Brow tint application
- Lash tint application
- Lash and brow conditioning treatments
- Brow finishing and styling
Guest Experience
- Deliver a warm and personalised guest journey
- Recommend suitable treatments and retail aftercare
- Prepare treatment areas before and after service
- Maintain hygiene, sterilisation and professional standards
- Work collaboratively with spa and salon team
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in beauty therapy or salon environment
- Strong manicure and pedicure skills
- Confident in blow-drying and styling
- Experienced in brow mapping, shaping and tinting
- Lash tint and lash/brow conditioning treatment experience
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Warm, guest-focused personality
- Flexible team player
