• Travel Coordinator | Abu Dhabi | Full-Time | In-House Corporate Role
• We are partnering with a well-established, full-service financial institution based in the ADGM to find an exceptional Travel Coordinator.
• This is a confidential search on behalf of our client.
• This is not a travel agency role.
• This is an in-house position at the heart of a highly international, fast-growing organisation whose people come from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and comparable institutions.
• You will be the central point of contact for all business travel across the group — managing end-to-end bookings, complex multi-leg international itineraries, and a high volume of requests for senior stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team.
• What the role involves
• You will own the full travel coordination function — flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals, and itinerary builds across Abu Dhabi HQ and international offices including London, New York, and Tel Aviv.
• You will manage the travel intake workflow, maintain a central travel tracker, set and uphold SLAs, liaise with a third-party Travel Management Company based in Australia, and support spend reporting and cost optimisation.
• What we are looking for
• Minimum five years in a
• *corporate travel coordination or travel operations role within a business, not a travel agency*
• Hands-on, day-to-day proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre — this is non-negotiable
• Experience managing complex international itineraries for senior stakeholders
• Experience working with or overseeing a third-party TMC
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
• Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai with full commitment to daily in-office presence in Abu Dhabi
