We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our ADGM regulated firm.
This position is only open to candidates who are already approved by the FSRA and currently registered within ADGM.

About the Role
The Compliance Officer will oversee the firm’s compliance framework and ensure that all activities meet FSRA and ADGM regulatory standards.
You will work closely with senior management to maintain a strong culture of governance and regulatory integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the firm’s compliance policies, procedures and internal controls
- Ensure ongoing compliance with FSRA rules, ADGM regulations and all reporting obligations
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and notifications
- Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews and risk assessments
- Provide guidance to management and staff on regulatory matters
- Liaise with the FSRA and external advisers as required
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
- **Requirements**
- *****You must already be FSRA approved and ADGM registered*****
- Minimum three years of compliance experience within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong understanding of FSRA rulebooks and ADGM regulatory frameworks
- Professional compliance qualification such as ICA or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and uphold high standards of regulatory conduct
