The Opportunity

The Role

• You will take a lead role across the full deal lifecycle, covering advisory, M&A, joint ventures, market entry, and private placements.
• Specific responsibilities include:
• Managing and converting an active pipeline of mandates across target sectors and geographies.
• Preparing and presenting pitch books, information memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation to client and Investment Committee standard.
• Contributing to sector strategy and supporting cross-border deal flow across regional and international offices.
• Ensuring full compliance with ADGM FSMR and FSRA regulatory requirements across all transaction activity.

The Person

• You will bring 7 to 10 years of progressive investment banking experience from a reputable investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or diversified financial institution, with a demonstrable track record of taking transactions from origination through to close.
• The following will position you strongly:
• Prior exposure to an ADGM, DFSA, FCA, or equivalent regulated environment.
• Strong technical skills across DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, and transaction structuring.
• MBA or CFA designation. ADGM Approved Person status or the clear ability to obtain it.
