The Opportunity
As Strategy & Finance Associate, you will work directly with the founding team on the strategic foundations of the business.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with real responsibility from day one.
You will own the numbers that matter; cap tables, financial models, investor materials and board presentations and be the person the founders turn to when they need clarity, rigour and a compelling narrative.
What You Will Be Doing
- Building and maintaining cap table models, including dilution analysis, option pool management and waterfall scenarios
- Developing and refining financial models to support fundraising, scenario planning and investor due diligence
- Preparing pitch decks, investor presentations and board materials that communicate the business story with precision and impact
- Supporting the SEO, Finance team and founders on strategic finance initiatives including capital raises, debt structuring and partnership discussions
- Translating complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for a sophisticated investor audience
- Working cross-functionally with product, risk and operations to ensure financial planning reflects business reality
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth fintech or startup office
- Demonstrable experience building investor-grade financial models and cap tables from scratch
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills; you know how to tell a story with numbers
- Familiarity with the ADGM or DIFC regulatory environment is a significant advantage
- A bias for action, high attention to detail and the ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
