Finance Manager | ADGM Fintech | Abu Dhabi

Overview

• Pure is retained by a pre-launch ADGM-regulated fintech to identify a Finance Manager who will serve as the designated Finance Officer — an FSRA Approved Person — for the business.
• This is a foundational hire.
• You will build the finance function from the ground up, working directly with the CEO and operating across financial control, prudential reporting, investor relations and regulatory compliance in a fast-moving, high-standards environment.
• The opportunity
• Our client is an Abu Dhabi-based consumer fintech, licensed under FSRA Category 4, with a compelling product, strong founding team and serious ambitions across the MENA region.
• They are pre-launch, well-capitalised and building with intention.
• What the role requires
• Minimum 5–7 years in finance, with demonstrable experience in a regulated financial services environment — ADGM, DIFC, FCA, AMF or equivalent
• ACA, ACCA, CPA or CFA qualified
• Working knowledge of FSRA prudential reporting obligations and EPRS filing — or direct equivalent from DFSA, FCA or comparable regulatory framework
• Experience with IFRS financial reporting and external audit
• Comfortable building systems and processes from zero in an early-stage environment
• UAE resident or able to relocate immediately
• Subject to FSRA Fit and Proper assessment as a designated Finance Officer
• What this is not
