Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of logistics experience.
- Transportation or fleet management experience is a strong plus.
- Experience managing drivers, dispatchers, or transport vendors.
- Strong planning, cost control, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transportation team, including fleet dispatch and vendor relations.
- Plan schedules and routes to keep client employees moving on time.
- Manage fleet operators and vendors, including contracts, performance, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
- Track service KPIs, costs, and client feedback, and fix issues promptly.
- Build clear processes and reporting as the service grows.
