The Network Engineer is part of the Operations team and maintains internet connectivity, Wi-Fi and network equipment across Mnzil buildings.
The role requires on-site work and movement between buildings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Networking, IT or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on networking experience, ideally across multiple sites or buildings.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing and switching.
- CCNA or similar certification is a plus.
- Willing to work on site and move between buildings.
- Fluent in Arabic and good English.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain internet connections, routers, switches and Wi-Fi access points across buildings.
- Plan Wi-Fi coverage for new buildings and resolve weak spots in existing ones.
- Monitor network performance and resolve outages quickly on site.
- Work with internet providers and vendors on installations, upgrades and issues.
- Maintain network documentation and an inventory of building equipment.
- Support related building systems, including CCTV and access control, when needed.
