Role Overview
The Construction Manager is accountable for each project from initial planning through final handover.
Projects are expected to be delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to Mnzil’s standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on construction project management experience delivering mid-to-large projects from design to handover.
- Strong experience with budgets, BoQs, cost estimates, and variation orders.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Saudi site experience and knowledge of local codes is a strong plus; PMP is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, execution, closeout, and handover.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings critically and flag clashes or cost drivers early.
- Prepare scopes, specifications, BoQs, and cost estimates; negotiate contractor and supplier quotes.
- Set schedules, budgets, and milestones, track site progress daily, and act quickly on risks.
- Manage variations and claims, and report status, cost, and risks to leadership.
