The Accounts Receivable Accountant helps maintain cash flow by ensuring invoices are accurate, payments are tracked and matched, and overdue balances are followed up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
- Good grasp of invoicing, collections, and Saudi VAT basics.
- Comfort with Excel and at least one accounting or ERP system.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-through.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Roles and responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes in line with contract terms.
- Record incoming payments and match them to invoices.
- Follow up on overdue balances with clients and internal teams.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare aging reports, collection updates, and short-term cash flow forecasts.
- Support month-end close, ZATCA VAT documentation, and audits.
