Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations and ensure all deliveries are completed as per schedule.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for dispatch planning.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth movement of vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle documents including registration, insurance, permits, and compliance records.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and driver performance reports.
• Verify trip sheets, delivery logs, and transport documentation.
• Follow up on delivery delays and resolve transport-related issues.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Ensure compliance with RTA/DM regulations and company safety standards.
• Monitor proper loading/unloading practices and hygiene requirements.
• Support driver onboarding, training, and daily operational briefings.
• Prepare daily/weekly transport performance reports.
• Support cost control initiatives and transport improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum **4–5 years of experience in Transport / Fleet Management**.
• Experience in UAE transport operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle documentation, RTA compliance, and fleet regulations.
• Experience working with logistics software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience in FMCG/Food Industry is an advantage.
