Logistics Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound receipt, storage optimization, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch processes
• Manage and monitor **3PL logistics partners**, ensuring timely deliveries and strict adherence to agreed SLAs
• Ensure robust inventory management, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and variance control across all locations
• Coordinate transport planning and route optimization to ensure cost-effective and timely distribution
• Maintain end-to-end order fulfillment accuracy in line with FMCG operational standards and timelines
• Monitor and analyze key warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery performance, and inventory variance
• Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service levels
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and FMCG regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution
• Prepare, analyze, and present operational performance reports and dashboards to management

Required Skills & Experience

• We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Minimum **3–5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations**, preferably within the **FMCG industry**
• Strong hands-on experience with **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and **ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent)**
• Proven experience managing or coordinating **3PL service providers**
• Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain operations, including high-volume and time-sensitive distribution models
• Solid experience in inventory control, stock accuracy management, and cycle count procedures
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and operational accuracy
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and reporting tools** for operational analysis and reporting
