Branch Coordinator

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage customer orders from receiving to delivery, ensuring timely processing.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Handle import & export documentation and follow up on shipment-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, invoices, and operational documents.
• Support finance-related tasks including maintaining financial records, expense tracking, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and update management regarding branch activities.
• Ensure proper coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments.
• Follow up on pending payments, invoices, and customer-related documentation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Branch Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and import & export procedures.
• Experience in handling customer orders and coordination.
• Basic finance/accounting knowledge with experience managing financial records.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience in the food trading/frozen food industry will be an advantage.
