Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Chair the domain scrum of scrums and represent the domain in cross-domain forums, resolving blockers and actions.
• Govern prioritization, challenge demand, arbitrate trade-offs, and rank the backlog by value and capacity.
• Prepare QBR data packs, narratives, prioritization cases, capacity plans, and dependency maps.
• Convert QBR outcomes into roadmaps, OKRs, and squad backlogs, and track delivery through the quarter.
• Track strategic projects against roadmap milestones, dependencies, spend, and benefits.
• Report delivery drift with root cause, impact on commitments, and a recovery plan.
• Coordinate cross-domain work on shared platforms, data, sequencing, and shared squads.
• Enforce governance and reporting standards and escalate conflicts, capacity shortfalls, and slippage.

Experience and qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation delivery, strategic project or portfolio management, or agile-at-scale program leadership.
• Experience running governance cadences across multiple squads and preparing and presenting QBRs to executive forums.
• Ability to resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise transformation and domain delivery models, agile-at-scale governance, QBRs, and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of project and portfolio tracking, delivery metrics, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Agile-at-scale certification, SAFe RTE/SPC, agile coaching, or PMP/PgMP is preferred.
