Role overview

Senior Solution Analyst role focused on banking, payment systems, and core banking platforms.

Embedded in a banking IT delivery environment, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications and supporting solution design, integration, and testing.

Work includes BRD analysis, specifications, LLD, APIs, and integrations, with solutions aligned to strategic goals and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements with business stakeholders; analyze BRDs and break them into solution components.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including SRDs; contribute to preparing and validating LLDs.
  • Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape and validate solutions; maintain alignment across payments and core banking.
  • Support solution design, integration, and testing with structured documentation; collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams.
  • Align solutions with strategic objectives and applicable regulations; support implementation and maintain current solution documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of solution analysis or business analysis experience in banking.
  • Proven BRD analysis and BRD/SRD documentation and functional specification experience; hands-on exposure to LLD and development environments.
  • Strong payment systems and core banking expertise; understanding of banking portfolios, products, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
  • Ability to work with APIs, integrations, and system architecture and support integration and testing.
  • Strong requirement gathering, functional analysis, communication, stakeholder management, business-IT alignment, and professional documentation skills.
  • KSA banking-sector experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic preferred.
