About This Role
Overview
- Map and prospect the market to identify new institutional / B2B customers not currently transacting with Falcon Pack, across target sectors (e.g. HORECA, catering, hospitality, facilities management, food service and bulk packaging buyers).
- Generate and build a qualified pipeline of new-business leads through field (outdoor) prospecting, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Qualify each lead, capturing the customer profile, requirement, and opportunity value, and hand qualified leads to the Institutional Sales team.
- Coordinate and follow up with the Institutional Sales team on every lead, following up consistently until the lead converts into a confirmed sale.
- Track and monitor the incremental sales generated by each newly onboarded customer after conversion, and report the value delivered.
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date record of all leads, their status, and conversion outcomes (CRM / tracker).
- Prepare and present a monthly performance dashboard (leads, conversions, and incremental revenue) for the Marketing Manager, to be shared with the CEO.
- Sustain lead generation and conversion activity consistently throughout the year — this is the core, ongoing mandate of the role.
