About the Role
Our client, one of the leading companies operating within the
tobacco and FMCG industry,
is currently looking for a
Trade Marketing Executive
to support the execution of retail visibility strategies and in-store activations across multiple markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong brand presence at the point of sale through effective implementation of POSM, visual merchandising (VM), and retail campaigns, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and market stakeholders to deliver best-in-class execution while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
Retail Visibility & Execution
- Support implementation of visibility plans across key channels and accounts
- Coordinate deployment of POSM and in-store toolkits ensuring brand compliance
- Conduct retail audits to assess visibility and execution effectiveness
- Assist in executing retail campaigns and channel-specific activations
- Ensure VM guidelines and planogram compliance across touchpoints
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for POSM production and delivery
- Monitor timelines, quality, and adherence to brand standards
- Support cross-functional collaboration with brand and market teams
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain trackers for visibility, POSM, and campaign execution
- Analyze retail performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Visual Merchandising
- Hands-on experience with
POSM

- Excellent communications skills - English and Arabic will be highly preferred
