About This Role
Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Executive
- Happy Earth Organic is looking for a commercially strong Sales, Trade Marketing & Partnerships Executive to help grow our premium clean-label food and beverage brand across UAE retail, cafés, HoReCA, wellness spaces, corporate gifting, events, and B2B channels.
- This is not a basic sales coordinator role.
- We are looking for someone who can:
- Open new retail, café, HoReCA, wellness, and corporate accounts
- Manage and grow existing customers
- Follow up consistently until orders are closed
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts
- Track customer-wise and SKU-wise sales movement
- Coordinate with inventory/operations for stock planning
- Support trade marketing, market visits, sampling, and customer activations
- Build café, wellness, and corporate collaborations
- Prepare clear weekly pipeline, sales, stock, and performance reports
- Understand pricing, margins, and commercial terms before proposing offers
Must-haves
- UAE experience in FMCG, food, beverage, retail, HoReCA, distribution, or trade marketing
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to prepare sales reports and basic forecasts
- Confidence in customer calls, meetings, WhatsApp follow-ups, and market visits
- Ability to work independently in a growing company
- UAE driving license
Preferred
- Experience with supermarkets, cafés, hotels, gyms, wellness spaces, distributors, or corporate gifting
- Experience with sales forecasting, inventory coordination, CRM, ERP, or SAP Business One
- Experience with premium, organic, wellness, or food & beverage brands
Compensation
Based on relevant UAE experience, channel knowledge, and role fit
Start date: Immediate / soon preferred
