Head of Trade Marketing

Position: Head of Trade Marketing & E-commerce

Job Responsibilites

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy for online and offline sales channels.
• Manage and grow the Shopify product site, ensuring complete and up-to-date listings.
• Oversee website SEO, set up and manage Google Ads, and run Instagram and influencer campaigns.
• Drive traffic to the website and retail stores, increasing conversion into sales.
• Grow online and offline sales across the store chain.
• Manage the marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns, special offers, and events.
• Plan and execute trade marketing activities across the retail network.
• Design sales-growth and in-store traffic stimulation mechanics.
• Coordinate joint promotional activities with suppliers and their marketing teams.
• Plan and oversee POSM placement in retail locations.
• Plan marketing support for new products and seasonal collections.
• Develop and promote the company’s online store and attract targeted traffic.
• Analyze marketing metrics, ad campaign performance, and ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and conduct market, competitor, and consumer behavior analysis.
• Prepare proposals to increase store traffic and drive sales growth.
• Manage marketing agencies, contractors, and external partners.
• Lead and develop the marketing team.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a marketing lead/manager such as Marketing Head, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Head of Digital Marketing
• Total marketing experience of at least 10 years
• Mandatory experience in e-commerce within the last 2–3 years
• Practical experience in retail companies
• In-depth understanding of trade marketing and offline in-store traffic acquisition tools
• Experience with marketing calendars and seasonal planning of activities
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and delivering joint marketing projects
• Experience with Shopify is an advantage
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and digital promotion channels
• Experience growing Instagram and working with influencers
• Experience managing a marketing team and contractors
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs
