Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Senior Manager to lead our marketing initiatives at Basamh Group.

The Trade Marketing Department’s vision is to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through effective marketing strategies and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business strategy to maximize sales and market share.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive the annual business development planning process, setting clear targets for sales, distribution, and promotional activities.
  • Develop channel-specific trade marketing strategies to optimize performance in retail, wholesale, and B2B segments.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring seamless execution of trade activations and in-store visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Lead and develop the trade marketing team, providing coaching, training, and career development opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail and distribution channels.
  • Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
