Role Overview
Seeking a hardworking and responsible Tower Crane Operator Assistant / Helper to support the Tower Crane Operator and site team in daily lifting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Tower Crane Operator during lifting and material-handling activities.
- Help with attaching, securing, and guiding lifting materials under the direction of the operator and site supervisor.
- Check lifting tools, slings, hooks, and related equipment before use and report any damage or unsafe condition.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working area around crane operations.
- Follow all site safety rules and instructions from supervisors.
- Communicate clearly with the crane operator and ground team using approved signals.
- Keep the work area and lifting equipment organized and clean.
- Perform other general site duties as assigned.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,700.00 - AED 2,000.00 per month.
