Seeking an Electrical Engineer, described in the job summary as an MEP Engineer, to design, coordinate, and manage MEP systems for construction projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience; contracting company experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field. The education section lists a bachelor’s degree as preferred.
- Experience in MEP design and project coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software; strong knowledge of local building codes and MEP standards.
- Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, construction teams, and engineers to integrate MEP systems.
- Monitor on-site installation and system performance for compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and commissioning to verify functionality and quality.
- Assist with MEP budgets and cost estimates; diagnose and resolve technical issues during and after construction.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, as-built drawings, and material submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
