Role Overview
Support the Tower Crane Operator and site team in daily lifting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Tower Crane Operator during lifting and material-handling activities.
- Attach, secure, and guide lifting materials under the direction of the operator and site supervisor.
- Check lifting tools, slings, hooks, and related equipment before use and report damage or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a safe working area around crane operations.
- Follow all site safety rules and supervisor instructions.
- Communicate with the crane operator and ground team using approved signals.
- Keep the work area and lifting equipment organized and clean.
- Perform other assigned general site duties.
Pay
- Pay range: AED 1,700 to AED 2,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Be hardworking and responsible when supporting crane and site operations.
- Follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions.
- Communicate clearly with the crane operator and ground team using approved signals.
