Role overview
Operate tower cranes at building construction sites to lift and move materials efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Follow lifting plans and instructions from authorized banksmen and riggers.
- Inspect the crane daily, report defects, and maintain operation and inspection records.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and lifting teams; follow UAE safety regulations and project HSE requirements.
- Stop work during unsafe weather or hazardous conditions as required.
Requirements
- Valid tower crane operator licence or certification, as applicable.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience; UAE building construction experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of crane operation, load charts, lifting procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to understand site instructions and communicate effectively; strong hazard-prevention awareness.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
