Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress control for building construction projects.
Ensure timely completion within approved schedules and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage baseline programmes and detailed project schedules.
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, consultants, and site teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management progress reports.
- Conduct critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
- Monitor milestones, manpower, materials, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual schedules and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience; UAE building construction experience is preferred.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and delay analysis.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Leadership, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 25,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
