Supervise and coordinate finishing works for building construction projects.
Ensure quality, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing and architectural works at the site.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor tiling, plastering, painting, gypsum, flooring, waterproofing, doors, and other finishes.
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with MEP and civil teams.
- Resolve site issues and support timely completion of finishing activities.
- Maintain site records and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; UAE building construction experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in building finishing works and site coordination.
- Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, and finishing materials.
- Communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 14,000–16,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
