Role overview
Oversee quality assurance and quality control for building construction projects.
Ensure work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor project QA/QC procedures.
- Check construction work against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants and clients.
- Review Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, and material submittals.
- Monitor concrete, structural, architectural, and finishing work.
- Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience; UAE building construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience with consultant inspections and quality documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
