Test Lead focused on digital banking and core banking platforms.
The description states 8–12+ years of banking testing or QA experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute tests across digital and core banking platforms.
- Validate customer journeys, account opening, transactions, postings, balances, and banking workflows.
- Test mobile and internet banking applications and validate APIs and system integrations.
- Support customer onboarding and certification testing.
- Manage defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
- Run regression tests following changes and releases to check application stability.
Required experience and knowledge
- 8–12+ years in banking testing or QA.
- Strong digital banking and core banking experience.
- Hands-on mobile and internet banking application experience.
- Experience with customer onboarding and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Strong API and integration testing knowledge.
- Experience with defect management, regression testing, and certification testing.
- Understanding of banking transactions, accounts, postings, balances, and integrations.
