Role Overview
Configure and enhance insurance products on the InsureMO platform.
Translate business requirements into platform configurations and functional solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure insurance business rules, rating logic, product parameters, and workflows.
- Work with policy administration, claims, underwriting, and related insurance processes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Support API integrations and system interfaces where required.
- Perform functional analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Participate in product enhancements, platform upgrades, and implementation activities.
- Prepare functional documentation and support UAT and SIT activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on InsureMO platform configuration experience for insurance products.
- Knowledge of insurance rules, rating logic, workflows, policy administration, claims, and underwriting.
- Ability to validate product parameters and business workflows.
- Experience with functional analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
