Role Overview
Support smooth Payzapp Pixel operations as a customer-oriented L2 analyst and engineer.
Resolve escalated technical and functional issues across cloud resources and application services.
Responsibilities
- Handle advanced troubleshooting, including software and system diagnostics across cloud resources.
- Investigate application scaling and high-availability issues.
- Perform log analysis, configuration checks, and environment validation.
- Respond to incidents, document root causes and post-incident reviews, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to engineering with proper documentation.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support to help maintain system availability.
- Analyze usage patterns and proactively identify service warnings or degradation.
- Manage SSL certificate rotation and renewal exercises.
- Troubleshoot REST and gRPC communication failures and timeout issues.
Required Skills
- Troubleshoot AWS resources including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, and EMR.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes commands.
- Understand databases, networking, web technologies, and microservices environments.
- Work with CloudWatch, OpenSearch, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Use ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Hold AWS cloud certifications; ITIL is recommended.
- Python and shell scripting skills are useful.
Support Schedule
- The role includes 24/7 on-call support for incidents and system availability.
Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting various AWS cloud resources, including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, and EMR.
- Good understanding of databases, networking, and web technologies.
- Experience working in microservices environments with monitoring and observability tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- AWS cloud certification.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is recommended.
- Python and shell scripting skills would be useful.
