The role provides technical direction for the Test Center of Excellence's automation framework and non-functional testing strategy.
Work Location
- The work location is Sharjah.
Notice Period
- The stated notice period is immediate to 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Author the automation test strategy and direct shift-left automation for active change requests.
- Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Define performance, load, and stress testing baselines.
- Evaluate emerging testing tools, support procurement, and define automation ROI metrics.
Core Skill Set and Experience
- Enterprise test automation framework design, CI/CD pipeline integration, and non-functional requirements definition.
- 7–10 years of experience in test automation framework and SDLC design.
Preferred Certification
- ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer certification is preferred.
