Key responsibilities
- Author the automation test strategy and direct the shift-left automation blueprint for active change requests.
- Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Define baseline performance, load, and stress-testing thresholds.
- Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools and define ROI metrics for automation efforts.
Core requirements
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- Requires 7–10 years in test automation framework and SDLC design.
- Preferred certification: ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer.
Core skill set
- Enterprise test automation framework design, CI/CD pipeline integration, and NFR definition.
