Tender responsibilities
- Manage tender preparation, review, pricing, and submission for major construction projects.
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
- Evaluate project costs, subcontractor quotations, and commercial risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on tender clarifications and negotiations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant UAE experience in construction tendering, bidding, or estimation.
- Must currently be based in the UAE and have experience with large-scale construction projects.
- High-rise buildings, luxury residential developments, villas, or mixed-use projects are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, commercial evaluation, and UAE construction practices.
Pay
- AED 20,000–22,000 per month.
