Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant construction experience, with current or previous UAE construction market experience.
- Proven experience in large-scale mixed-use, luxury waterfront, high-end residential, or other premium large-scale projects.
- High-rise, luxury residence, and complex development experience, including structural, architectural, and technical coordination.
- Main contractor experience and direct construction-stage involvement are strongly preferred; purely consultancy backgrounds will not be prioritized.
Technical qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Hands-on experience with technical submissions, RFIs, material submittals, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Understand construction sequences, site constraints, buildability, and technical problem-solving.
- Coordinate civil works with MEP, façade, and other trades; understand project documentation, approval procedures, and technical correspondence.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage, not a requirement.
Role responsibilities
- Own technical matters and support site teams in resolving construction-related issues.
- Coordinate technical, structural, architectural, and trade interfaces on complex developments.
- Manage technical submissions, RFIs, material submittals, project documentation, approvals, and correspondence.
Location and selection criteria
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and demonstrate comparable high-end, luxury waterfront, or large-scale mixed-use project experience.
- Relevant project experience and construction-stage involvement are key selection criteria.
Compensation
- AED 30,000–38,000 per month.
