Role overview
Lead quality assurance and quality control for a large-scale luxury community development project in the UAE.
Ensure construction works, materials, and deliverables meet contractual requirements, approved specifications, regulatory standards, and company quality objectives.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the project Quality Management System.
- Oversee inspections, testing, audits, and non-conformance processes.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of overall construction experience.
- Minimum 7 years in a QA/QC management role in the UAE; a separate experience field states 5 years as required.
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience on large-scale luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or master community development projects.
Preferred project experience
- Preference for luxury developments such as high-end communities, branded residences, luxury villas, waterfront developments, hospitality resorts, and mixed-use master developments in the UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 22,000–30,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
