  • We are a leading distributor for toner factories across the Middle East and Africa, supplying both OEM-branded products (HP, Canon, Xerox, and more) and premium compatibles.
  • After 25+ years of building a strong commercial business, we are now entering the government and large-enterprise tender market (B2G) across the GCC — and we are hiring the person who will own and lead that expansion.
  • The opportunity:
  • This is not a back-office bid-writing seat.
  • This is a build-from-the-ground-up leadership role for a serious tender professional who knows how government procurement really works in this region — and who has the relationships and track record to win.
  • You will own our B2G pipeline end to end: spotting the right tenders, building winning bids, and converting them into signed, profitable contracts.
  • The right person will define how a 25-year-old company breaks into one of the most lucrative channels in the Gulf — with the autonomy, support, and uncapped earnings to match.
  • What you will be doing:
  • Identify, qualify, and track government and semi-government tenders for printing consumables, copiers, and spare parts across UAE federal, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi portals (MoF Digital Procurement Platform, Dubai eSupply, Abu Dhabi ADGPG, and others), with GCC-wide support.
  • Own end-to-end bid preparation: documentation, compliance, pricing strategy, bid and performance bonds, and on-time portal submission.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage genuine relationships with procurement and decision-making contacts across government and enterprise accounts.
  • Shape our ICV positioning, OEM-vs-compatible bid strategy, and coordination with our partners across the GCC.
  • Own the win-rate and revenue targets for the B2G division and report directly to senior management.
  • What you must have:
  • **8+ years**
  • in tendering, bid management, or government/enterprise sales in the UAE or GCC — with a proven, verifiable track record of tenders you personally helped win.
  • An established network of procurement and decision-maker relationships within government and large organizations.
  • Deep command of GCC tender processes: compliance, bonds and guarantees, bid documentation, and evaluation criteria.
  • Strong commercial judgment — you can read a tender for risk (penalties, lock-in clauses, unrealistic terms) before we commit.
  • Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
  • UAE-based.

Strong Advantages

  • Experience in IT hardware, printing, office supplies, or office-automation sectors.
  • Familiarity with ICV, SABER/SASO, ECAS, and GCC local-content requirements.
  • A portfolio of completed government contracts you can speak to in detail.
