Temporary Odoo Accounts Data Entry Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update accounting transactions accurately in Odoo.
• Record sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain customer and supplier account records.
• Assist with account reconciliations and checking accounting entries.
• Verify supporting documents before entering transactions.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate entries and coordinate corrections.
• Support data cleanup, verification, and backlog entries for the Accounts team.
• Maintain financial documentation and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on Odoo Accounting or ERP data-entry experience.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet data-entry deadlines.
• Previous UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Contract Details

• Temporary, short-term assignment.
• Duration will be discussed during the interview based on business requirements.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,700 per month.
• Salary is based on experience and suitability.

Work Location

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
