Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Handle shipping orders, invoices, customs declarations, and related logistics documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs authorities to resolve goods-movement issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records and collaborate with internal teams on order delivery.
• Track shipments, provide stakeholder updates, and review shipping invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with warehouse inventory, goods in transit, storage conditions, shipping logs, reports, schedules, filing, and document management.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in administrative and coordination roles, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is required for reports, spreadsheets, and data tracking.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional logistics or supply chain certification is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
• Strong organization, prioritization, independent work, teamwork, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.
• The candidate must be available to join immediately.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
