About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to work on roadshows and roadshows generated leads/
The ideal candidate must already have hands-on experience in Dubai real estate sales or telesales and should be comfortable handling high volumes of lead follow-ups, client coordination, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with roadshow and event-generated leads
- Explain project details and generate client meetings.
- Coordinate client meetings, maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of real estate sales/telesales experience in Dubai (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
- Multilingual candidates are preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
