EarthLink Consultants is a fast-growing international education and migration consultancy with operations across multiple countries.
We are currently looking for a driven and confident Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy speaking with clients over the phone, and are motivated by targets and incentives with ability of targeted client conversions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct over the call counselling with prospective students and clients
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable study abroad or migration options
- Convert qualified leads into successful sign ups
- Schedule and conduct online meetings via Zoom or Google Meet when required
- Provide clear and accurate information about programs, universities, fees, and visa processes
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM
- Handle objections confidently and close sales professionally
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with counselling and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year experience in tele sales, call center, or education consultancy
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
- Target driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of study abroad industry preferred
- Professional attitude and strong follow up skills
