Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telesales Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company services/products, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products and services clearly
- Generate leads and close sales
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telesales or sales experience is an advantage
- English speaking required (Hindi and other language is a plus)
Incentives
Monthly incentive starts from **AED 1,000** and can go up to **AED 6,000+** depending on sales performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
