نبحث عن أخصائي مبيعات هاتفية يتمتع بمهارات تواصل عالية وخبرة جيدة في التعامل مع الأنظمة والتقنيات الواتساب المؤسسي، لتولي إدارة المحادثات الواردة عبر الواتساب والاتصال، الرد على استفسارات العملاء، متابعة الطلبات والفرص البيعية، وتقديم تجربة احترافية تسهم في رفع مستوى رضا العملاء وزيادة المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الواتساب بشكل احترافي وسريع.
متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويل الاستفسارات إلى فرص بيعية.
شرح مشاريع الشركة والرد على الأسئلة الفنية المتعلقة بها.
إدارة وتنظيم المحادثات وتحديث بيانات العملاء بشكل مستمر.
متابعة العملاء بعد التواصل الأول وإرسال العروض والمعلومات المطلوبة.
التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان تنفيذ متطلبات العملاء.
المساهمة في تحسين تجربة العملاء ورفع معدلات التحويل والمبيعات.
التعامل مع الأنظمة الرقمية وأدوات إدارة العملاء بكفاءة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو المبيعات عبر الواتساب المؤسسي أو القنوات الرقمية.
إلمام جيد بالتقنيات والأنظمة الرقمية والقدرة على التعلم السريع.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والإقناع.
القدرة على التعامل مع عدد كبير من المحادثات في وقت واحد.
إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج إدارة العملاء.
مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت عالية.
المهارات الشخصية
سرعة الاستجابة والدقة في العمل.
اللباقة وحسن التعامل مع العملاء.
القدرة على حل المشكلات والمتابعة المستمرة.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والعمل بروح الفريق.
