- 🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers interested in Dubai real estate
- Present property details, investment benefits, payment plans, and project highlights
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling & follow-ups
- Schedule property tours, video calls, and meetings with the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive conversions
- 🎯 Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in
English
- (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Prior tele calling or real estate experience (Dubai market experience preferred)
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
