Role Description
We are seeking a Telesales Representative for a full-time, on-site role at our Dubai clinic.
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients via phone, understanding their needs, promoting the clinic's aesthetic services, and driving sales.
Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, providing personalized consultations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and address client needs effectively.
- Customer Support experience, including managing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Sales expertise, such as identifying opportunities, achieving targets, and promoting services to meet individual client needs.
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment with a focus on personalized solutions.
- Fluency in arabic and english is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry is highly desirable.
