Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
- Promote property listings and developer projects
- Set appointments for sales agents
- Follow up with interested clients
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet daily and monthly call targets
- Handle client inquiries professionally
- Support the sales team in closing deals
Requirements
- Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome
- Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
- Willingness to meet daily call targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
- Ability to start immediately is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
