About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive** with 1–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the **real estate industry**.
The ideal candidate must have **excellent English communication skills** and a passion for sales.
You will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into site visits or qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or cold leads
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries through calls, emails, or other channels
- Understand customer needs and explain property offerings effectively
- Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using CRM tools
- Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure high conversion rates
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
- Stay up to date with market trends and project details
Requirements
- 1–2 years of telesales experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or property telesales
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
