We work closely with leading developers and serve investors, end-users, and HNWIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
driven and confident Telesales Executive
with
real estate experience
to manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound real estate inquiries
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Schedule appointments for property consultants
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
- Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Requirements
- **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate**
- with either a
- brokerage or a developer (mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident telephone manner and objection-handling ability
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar is a plus)
Language Skills
Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, or any additional language is highly welcome
