Property Consultant – Off-Plan

Key Responsibilities

• **Expert Consultation:**
• Provide professional advice to clients regarding off-plan projects, investment opportunities, market trends, financing options, and developer credibility.
• **Sales Achievement:**
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective closing techniques and strong client engagement.
• **Lead Generation & Networking:**
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and potential buyers through proactive networking, referrals, and participation in property exhibitions.
• **Market Research:**
• Conduct comparative market analysis and stay up to date with new developments, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
• **Negotiation & Closing:**
• Handle negotiations between clients and developers to secure optimal terms and ensure transparent, compliant transactions.
• **Client Relationship Management:**
• Maintain long-term client relationships through personalized follow-up, continuous support, and exceptional after-sales service.
• **Team Collaboration:**
• Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and management teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum
• 2 years of proven experience
• in off-plan real estate sales within the UAE market.
• **Strong negotiation and closing skills**
• , with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Deep understanding of
