The Telesales Representative promotes company products and services, supports customers, and converts sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain products and services; identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain customer relationships, provide service, and handle inquiries and objections professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Record calls, leads, customer information, and sales activities accurately.
- Follow up on quotations, offers, and pending sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams when required.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented, positive, and proactive; able to handle objections and close sales.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
