Requirements
- Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are required.
- Previous telesales or call-center experience is an advantage.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs is required.
- Good computer skills and customer data entry ability are required.
- Professional conduct and ability to deal with different types of customers are required.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and promote company services.
- Contact prospective customers and convert inquiries into bookings and sales.
- Follow up with interested customers to help complete sales.
- Provide accurate service information and answer customer inquiries.
- Record calls and update customer details in the designated system.
- Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.
